Join Us for a Free Community Workout & Nutrition Workshop on May 3!
Are you looking for a way to boost your fitness, dial in your nutrition, and connect with a supportive gym community? ThriveFit is hosting a free Community Workout & Nutrition Workshop on Friday, May 3, right here in Ponte Vedra! This is the perfect opportunity to experience our small group personal training approach, get a great workout, and learn from a registered dietitian about how to fuel your body for fat loss, strength, and long-term health.
We’ll kick things off with a fun, community workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re an experienced lifter or just getting started, this session will challenge and energize you while giving you a taste of how personal training at ThriveFit can help you reach your goals. After the workout, we’ll shift into a nutrition workshop where our expert dietitian will break down the essentials of fueling for performance, fat loss, and muscle-building. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and get personalized advice to support your fitness journey.
Best of all, this event is completely free and open to all—so bring a friend, a spouse, or a coworker who could use a little extra motivation!
